Information we collect
Contact and identity details, account-application data, government-issued identification and proof of residency, tax residency information, source-of-funds documentation, trading activity, and device and usage information required to provide brokerage services.
How we use it
To open and service accounts, execute and settle trades, meet legal and regulatory obligations — including FATCA reporting and AML/KYC checks — prevent fraud, secure our systems, and improve our services.
Who we share it with
Our clearing firms (Interactive Brokers and Curvature Securities), executing venues, regulators, tax authorities, and vetted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable securities and anti-money-laundering law. Other information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

Contact support@speedtrader.net to access, correct, or delete personal information — subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements.
